Yoga means ‘union’ - It represents the union of the mind body and soul. Embodying yoga, is engaging with  life in a way that creates harmony. It is the art of inviting happiness.

It will allow you to nurture yourself holistically, on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. To practice yoga is to feel, move and breathe; through the union of all, we experience true presence. Through the practice of yoga, we are able to peel back the layers and uncover who we are at our core. We are able to find connection with ourselves, and the community.

We are able to live in deep harmony with all that is.

Booking a 1:1 private yoga session will enable you to explore this ancient practice and balance the mind, body and spirit through gentle movement and poses (asana), meditation and mindful breathwork.
